Hi, I’m Caroline—though most people call me Callie. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in helping adults manage chronic health conditions and optimize performance through evidence-based, realistic nutrition strategies. I work with clients navigating diabetes and blood sugar concerns, heart health and cholesterol management, digestive issues, sports nutrition, and sustainable weight management—supporting both clinical outcomes and long-term lifestyle balance.

I believe there’s no such thing as a ā€œone size fits allā€ approach to nutrition. Your health journey is unique, and my role is to understand your needs, listen to your story, and create a supportive plan that works for your lifestyle. Many clients experience changes in their weight as improvements are made to health markers- but weight loss is never the sole focus or measure of success. Whether you’re looking for structure and clear steps or more flexibility and gentle guidance, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor an approach that feels sustainable.

During our first session together, we'll take the time to review your medical history, current concerns, daily routine, eating patterns, activity level, and, when available, labs values and medications. From there, we'll build a personalized plan together that supports your goals, whether that's improving blood sugar control, supporting heart health, fueling athletic performance, or creating sustainable and long-lasting nutrition habits.
