Hi, Iām Carolineāthough most people call me Callie. Iām a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in helping adults manage chronic health conditions and optimize performance through evidence-based, realistic nutrition strategies. I work with clients navigating diabetes and blood sugar concerns, heart health and cholesterol management, digestive issues, sports nutrition, and sustainable weight managementāsupporting both clinical outcomes and long-term lifestyle balance.
