About Caroline
Hi, Iām Carolineāthough most people call me Callie! Iām a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people feel confident and empowered in their nutrition journey. Over the past 3 years, Iāve worked in a hospital setting, developing expertise in clinical nutrition for a wide range of conditions. I especially enjoy supporting clients with diabetes, weight management, heart health, and digestive concerns. No matter your goals, you can trust that Iāll provide compassionate guidance grounded in the latest science. Becoming an RDN meant over 5 years of studying nutrition, completing a year-long supervised internship with hands-on training, and passing a comprehensive national exam. I chose this path so I could combine science-based knowledge with practical strategies to support people of all backgrounds in reaching their goals.

I believe thereās no such thing as a āone size fits allā approach to nutrition. Your health journey is unique, and my role is to understand your needs, listen to your story, and create a supportive plan that works for your lifestyle. During our first session together, I will take the time to get to know you as an individual and truly understand your goals in working with me. We will discuss certain topics to better address your goals, including what has brought you to an RDN, your past journey -what did and did not work for you previously, your day to day schedule, typical diet history/eating patterns, etc. From there, we can create and tailor a plan of care together that best fits your lifestyle for success.
