About Caroline
Hello, I'm Caroline! I am originally from Indiana, but now live in southern CA! (but still midwestern at heart). I help people get clarity on what is going on with their body! I teach them how to lose weight & build sustainable habits to hit goals they have always wanted WITHOUT giving up foods they love, starving, or feeling overly restricted. We work on food, exercise, sleep, mindset, and stress! I teach balance & moderation so you can learn to eat to fuel your body and reduce uncontrollable hunger & overeating.
Approach to care
Because I want to help you lose the weight AND build long term habits, this is not a quick fix! I like to see clients for 3-6 months so you can have that accountability to build PERMANENT results! Weight loss is HARD and confusing! But I will help you break it down into manageable habits so that you can enjoy food, your life, AND get results. Our sessions are completely tailored to you so you feel understood and heard!

Our first session is essentially for me to learn about you. Your habits, struggles, and answer any questions you have. This will help me create a tailored plan to fit you and your lifestyle!
