About Carolyn
I am extremely passionate about so many areas when it comes to nutrition and health. However, there are a few areas that I love to specialize in including (but not limited to) fertility, women's health & hormones, post birth control, adrenal fatigue, gut health, autoimmunity, & thyroid dysfunction to name a few! If that sounds like something you would like help navigating with a holistic but realistic approach, I'd love to be a member on your care team! I am passionate about what I do mainly because I too have struggled with my health in the past & know what it feels like to not feel like yourself
Approach to care
My approach to care is really all about you! I highly value individualized care and recognize that there is more than one way to go about achieving your health goals. I encourage my patients to keep open and honest communication with me so that we can achieve the best results. I want you to be in the driver's seat and feel educated + empowered in your health journey so that you not only achieve your goals, but also maintain them and can continue success on your own. I combine nutrition with lifestyle to help find your root cause.
Your first session with Carolyn
Our first session will mainly us getting to know each other and also addressing your top nutrition concerns. I want to get to know you on a personal level as well as dive into your health goals and start taking action towards achieving them. Please know that I do not do weight loss. Not because I don't feel it's beneficial (I am not anti-weight loss), BUT when you have internal health struggles and symptoms, many times that goal requires the opposite approach to weight loss (aka calorie deficit).
