Approach to care
I meet you where you are and help you find ways to make small changes towards meeting your goals. I focus on giving yourself grace and not looking for perfection. We will focus on properly fueling your body instead of starving your body. We will focus on eating at regular intervals in order to support metabolism and regulate appetite/hunger.
Your first session with Carrie
During our first session, I will ask you several questions to get to know you and build rapport. I will help determine your motivation and readiness for change. I will set expectations and guidelines for moving forward. I will provide general education and assist you in making SMART goals to work on until our next session.
