Approach to care
Nutrition management is best when it is a partnership between the individual patient and the clinical dietitian provider. Consideration of the patient's individual goals is the hallmark of care. Developing the approqach that works best for the patient will produce the best outcomes and will improve overall health and patient satisfaction.
Your first session with Carrie
During the first session we will explore the patient's goals and review medical and nutrition history. Nutrition education is provided during the first visit and throughout the patient's journey. The best plans can fail if they are not readily acceptable for the patient, and we must establish a workable plan that can be easily executed and aadjusted when necessary.
