About Casey

Hi my name is Casey! I am a registered dietitian living in Colorado and I am here to help you reach your goals! As a former competitive gymnast, my interest in nutrition started early as I wanted to understand more about how eating affected my performance. I spent 20+ hours training each week and was determined to maximize that effort. I went on to compete in collage club gymnastics, where I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bowling Green State University. After undergraduate, I went on to receive my Masters degree in Sport Nutrition at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. After continuing my education I completed my dietetic internship through Iowa State University. I am passionate about helping people and being able to make a change. I want to help you achieve your goals through nutrition and wellness!

Approach to care

My personalized approach to nutrition care is grounded in my clinical experience and love of food. I am realistic and non-judgmental. I believe in a balanced diet that includes all foods. I emphasize moderation and offer practical tips to make healthy eating accessible and achievable. I meet clients where they are, setting realistic goals and providing ongoing support to help them develop sustainable results.

Getting to know YOU! We will discuss your goals, current lifestyle, health background and nutrition concerns. I will ask a lot of questions to get an understanding of you! Together, we will come up with a plan of action to achieve the best version of you!
