About Cassandra
Hi, I'm Cassie, a registered dietitian, soon-to-be mom of three, and lifelong learner. My passion for nutrition began early - from teaching myself how to bake, to learning how to support my own autoimmune health from the inside out, to fueling my husband's athletic pursuits through nutrition. These experiences shaped the way I approach care today: curious, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I've worked with patients of all ages in hospital and outpatient settings, with a focus on cardiovascular, gastrointestinal (GI), and pediatric nutrition. Through motherhood, I've also developed a deep interest in supporting individuals through pregnancy and the postpartum period. Outside of patient care, I create educational content focused on baby and toddler nutrition to help parents feel more confident feeding their families. I know how full life can feel, and I'm so glad you've taken the time to prioritize your health!
Approach to care
I believe in partnering with you to create realistic, personalized plans that feel supportive and sustainable in real life. I also value accountability and will gently encourage change when I see that you're ready, even if you're feeling hesitant or unsure. With empathy at the center of my work, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence, knowing meaningful change often happens one small, supported step at a time.
Your first session with Cassandra
In your first session, I'll spend time learning about who you are, what brought you here, and what feels most important to you, while also giving you space to get to know me so we can be sure we're a good fit. We'll openly explore your goals, concerns, and any factors you feel are impacting your health or relationship with food. Together, we'll walk through what support looks like for you and begin creating a personalized, realistic plan that feels both supportive and sustainable. By the end of our session, my hope is that you feel confident and hopeful about your next steps, knowing you have a caring and supportive provider invested in your health.
