About Cassi

Hi, I’m Cassi. I’m a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Dietetics and a BS in Nutrition & Foods. I’m also a former Northern Arizona University track & field and cross country athlete, which is where my passion for performance nutrition really began. In my first year as an RD, I’ve supported clients in private practice, sports nutrition, and outpatient settings, working with conditions like CKD, diabetes, pregnancy and postpartum, weight management, and more. I’ve also built and run my own practice, leading both one on one and team sessions. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me trying new restaurants and coffee shops, training for HYROX, and more recently wedding planning. I’m so glad you’re here to explore nutrition that truly fits your life.

Approach to care

I build care that is evidence-based and science-focused, while being empathetic and warm. I work with you in a direct and action oriented way, translating research into practical steps you can actually do. I practice from a weight-neutral HAES perspective, focusing on behavior and wellbeing rather than numbers on a scale. My approach is holistic, considering sleep, stress, and your mental well being as part of nutrition. I bring experience across many areas and have a big passion for working with athletes, RED-S and fueling for performance. I empower you with knowledge and invite collaboration so you can sustain change long term.

Your first session with Cassi

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll have a low stress, judgment-free conversation where we get to know your routines and your goals. We’ll review your medical history and, if available, your lab work or biometrics to ground our plan. We will talk about what nutrition looks like in your everyday life and how we can fit it into what you juggle. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet. By the end, we’ll set 1–2 achievable goals and map out the first steps we’ll take together.
