About Cassidy

Hi there! I'm Cassidy, a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience across clinical hospital and community health settings. I earned my Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a concentration in Dietetics and my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Virginia Tech. I am an RDN who blends evidence-based research with compassion to help people build practical, lasting changes. When I am not seeing patients, you will find me reading, tending to my many plants, trying a new recipe, or enjoying spin class and some fresh air.

Approach to care

Together, we will build care that is evidence-based, empathetic, and educational, focused on sustainable, long-term change rather than quick fixes. I view health through a holistic lens that includes sleep, stress, and relationships with food, and I honor your values and hunger cues. We will set achievable steps, track progress, and adapt as life changes. I practice with an informed perspective and meet you where you are for real, practical growth.

Your first session with Cassidy

Think of our first appointment as a conversation about you. We'll review your medical history, explore your relationship with food, and discuss short-term goals. There's no need to have everything figured out before you come. We will talk through routines, preferences, and barriers, and I will explain how we translate evidence-based research into practical steps you can use. You will find a warm, nonjudgmental space where your voice guides the plan we build together.
