About Catherine
Hi, my name is Cat! I love being a dietitian, busting nutrition myths and misinformation, and guiding people along their health journey. My specialities include weight management, healthy aging, exercise, and chronic diseases. In addition to my Registered Dietitian credentials, I am also a yoga instructor, exercise physiologist, and fur-mom to two cats and two dogs.
Approach to care
I take a "whole picture" approach to nutrition counseling. What a person eats is important, but so are other habits and daily schedules that impact nutrition patterns. When it comes to nutrition needs, I do not use a "one-size fits all" agenda. Rather, I work with your current lifestyle and aim to provide manageable steps to support your journey.
Your first session with Catherine
Our first session will help me get to know you as a person, and not just your nutrition habits! Sleep quality, daily habits, exercise, and work/life balance are also important pillars that impact food choices. Our initial session is the key to laying the foundation for creating sustainable steps to reach your health goals.
