About Catherine

Catherine has been serving in the nutrition field for over 7 years helping different groups ranging from children to older adults and low income families. She has been a Registered Dietitian for 4 years, recently assisting those struggling with Diabetes, Prediabetes, and weight management. She is additionally qualified as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Catherine enjoys helping individuals carve a path to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

She believes health is more than numbers on a scale and is not limited to the young or those genetically blessed. Her philosophy is that everyone’s ideal health may look different to each person.
