About Catherine
Hi! I'm Catherine. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 11 years and have spent the majority of my career providing 1-on-1 support to clients working towards a variety of health goals while working as both a dietitian and a board-certified health coach. As a working mom of four, I can empathize with clients who are trying to prioritize self care while on-the-go. I have experience working with a variety of clients, but my expertise is in general healthy lifestyle changes, weight management (gain or loss), and GI nutrition (celiac, IBD, IBS, etc.).
Approach to care
I work with clients to achieve their health goals in a way that works with their unique strengths and challenges. I take a whole-person approach to health goals, addressing all areas of wellness with my clients (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, social wellbeing and more) and I believe that while I bring nutrition and wellness expertise to the conversation, you are the expert in your lifestyle and that we must work together to make a successful plan.
Your first session with Catherine
During your first session, you can expect to share a comprehensive health history, a review of your current habits - including what's already going well, and the opportunity to set specific goals that matter to you. At the end of your initial session, we will create a plan for manageable next steps to begin working towards your goals.
