About Catherine
Hi! I’m Catherine — a Colorado-based Registered Dietitian who’s passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, autoimmune conditions, and sports nutrition. My approach is supportive, realistic, and rooted in helping you feel your best both mentally and physically.
Approach to care
I take an individualized, evidence-based approach to nutrition counseling that meets you where you are. Together, we focus on practical strategies and make small, incremental changes that fit your life and priorities. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where nutrition feels manageable, empowering, and grounded in science—not perfection.
Your first session with Catherine
The first session is designed for me to get to know YOU. I ask multiple questions about your medical history, lifestyle and environment, nutritional intake and why you're seeking help from me. At the end of the session, we create measurable goals together and how we will get there.

Bachelor's of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
