About Catherine
As a mother of four and an experienced registered dietitian, I believe that nutrition must be practical, doable, and tailored to your unique life. My approach is rooted in understanding you as a whole person—not just your diet. I focus on creating personalized strategies that help you feel better, have more energy, and make food less stressful, all while reclaiming your health using science that makes sense for you. Ultimately, my decision to become a registered dietitian and start my own practice was born from a lifetime of personal and family health challenges. I have dedicated my career to using my education and life experience to help others find the same freedom and well-being that I have worked so hard to achieve for myself and my family.

When you work with me, you can expect more than just a meal plan. I’ll help you understand why your body needs certain foods and how to use nutrition as fuel to feel energized, confident, and strong. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including Perimenopause & Menopause, Weight Loss, Vegan & Vegetarian diets, Pregnancy & Postpartum nutrition, IBS, Kidney Disease, IBD, GERD, Sports Nutrition, Gut Health, and General Nutrition. My education is not only based on science and medicine, but also on a vast amount of experience. From navigating the world of sports nutrition for my children and husband to managing my own personal struggles with heart disease and IBS, I've learned firsthand the profound impact of food on well-being.
Your first session with Catherine
In our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, eating habits, and what goals you’d like to work toward, and you’ll have the chance to share what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll set realistic goals that fit your lifestyle and come up with simple, practical steps you can start right away. You’ll leave with a personalized plan and some helpful tips and resources to guide you. Most importantly, this is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, talk openly about challenges, and feel supported as you take the next steps toward your goals.
