About Cecelia

Welcome! You have chosen a provider that will truly put your goals and desires first when it comes to your nutrition. In Cece’s personal life, she has battled eating disorders and body image disorders. Professionally, she worked as an inpatient dietitian counseling patients primarily on the diet for diabetes and she has some experience with patients who have cancer. She is passionate about sports performance nutrition and will be seeking to gain more experience and education in that area of nutrition. Her goal is to get you to talk as much as you want about your eating habits, your nutrition goals, and what changes YOU can see YOURSELF making.

Approach to care

Cece views nutrition as a holistic experience. She aims to help you find a way of eating that nourishes both your body and soul to achieve your goals. She believes that food choices shouldn't be overwhelming, as they once were for her. With her guidance, you'll learn to embrace fueling your body and wellbeing.

Your first session with Cecelia

In your first session you can expect to talk about yourself. Why you’re seeking help and how we can establish a working relationship. Cece’s job is to come alongside you in your journey to “health” which is to be defined by you. This session will be all about you!

Education

Education: Penn State University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Hobbies

Cece outside of Nourish: I love Jesus. I also love my husband, two beautiful children, and two German Shorthaired Pointers. I enjoy climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking, really life is best lived outside in creation. My favorite way to move my body is strength training, spin, yoga, and more recently pilates. I am a coffee lover, most likely to be found reading or listening to various genres of music. Sports are essential in my house, with Saturdays dedicated to watching Penn State Football and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles being non-negotiable.
