About Celia

Hi, I’m Celia, a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience supporting clients across clinical and hospital settings. I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mount Mary University and hold both the Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian (CD) credentials. In addition to my clinical background, I have experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, which allows me to integrate nutrition and fitness for a well-rounded approach to health. I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss/weight gain, build a positive relationship with food, and create habits that support long-term success. Outside of work, I enjoy bodybuilding, playing guitar, and rollerblading.

Your first session with Celia

Your first appointment is entirely focused on you. We will take time to review your medical history, complete a 24-hour food recall, and discuss your short-term goals in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This is a collaborative, judgment-free conversation, and you do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. We will explore your relationship with food, daily routines, and personal priorities to ensure your plan reflects what truly matters to you. By the end of the session, you will leave with a clear, realistic next step and the confidence to move forward with a plan tailored to your life.
