About Chad

Hi, I'm Chad. I bring 23 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, grounded in a BS in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings and in community health, helping people translate nutrition science into real, everyday routines. I hold credentials RDN, CD, and CDCES, which support my work with diverse patients and complex health questions. Outside the exam room I love hiking, volleyball, basketball, and cooking, and I bring curiosity and energy into our visits.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is built on evidence-based science, delivered with empathy and warmth. I’ll walk beside you in a collaborative process, offering clear action steps and practical strategies you can use tomorrow. I practice with a weight-neutral, holistic lens that honors your goals and rhythms, not diet culture. Education is our ally; I’ll help you understand how nutrition connects to sleep, stress, and activity so you can make informed choices. Together we'll build lasting habits that fit your life and values.

Your first session with Chad

Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history, daily routines, and relationship with food, and we’ll discuss short-term goals to set a practical direction. You’ll leave with a personalized plan that includes a meal framework and suggestions tailored to your preferences. We’ll review any lab work or biometrics you bring and outline 1–2 action steps to start between visits. No pressure to have it all figured out—we’ll figure it out together.
