About Charity
Charity is a Registered Dietitian licensed in multiple states and seeing patient's virtually. She is passionate about Women's Health: PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy and perimenopause nutrition! She first became a Dietitian after being a Personal Trainer for several years and found a passion for helping individuals with learning how to care for their bodies not only through exercise but through a well rounded diet (without the fads). She has also worked with disordered eating, Vegan and Vegetarian meal planning and general nutrition.
Approach to care
Charity's approach to care is about meeting you where you're at in your nutrition and wellness journey. Making small changes that are sustainable and lead to your success in your personal goals.
Your first session with Charity
In your first session with Charity, you can anticipate a welcoming environment to get to know one another, how she can best support you in your goals and review your current nutrition and wellness habits. This includes a review of previous diets or lifestyle change attempts and successes and how you best respond to support.
