Education

I completed my Dietetic Internship and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University in Chicago, IL, where I gained advanced clinical training and expertise. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston, TX, building a strong foundation in the sciences that supports my work as a dietitian.

Hobbies

When Iā€™m not working, I enjoy engaging in activities that bring balance and joy to my life. Practicing yoga and meditation helps me stay centered and promotes overall well-being. I also love reading books on health, wellness, and personal growth, which inspire both my personal and professional development. Exploring new cuisines is another passion of mine, as it allows me to experience diverse flavors and cultures, sparking creativity in my approach to nutrition. These activities keep me grounded, inspired, and continually learning.
