Your first session with Chelsea
Letβs get to know each other π My goal is to meet you where you are, put you first, and deliver medical nutrition therapy that is lasting - not just a quick fix or a fad diet. Our first session will involve completing a comprehensive nutrition assessment to find a good starting block for our plan to do just this! This will cover your health history, dietary behaviors, and current lifestyle habits - which are crucial for creating an action plan that will target your wellness ambitions and expectations. I will ensure that you leave our session with an outline for this and a clear picture of achievable next steps before our follow-up meeting.
