About Chelsea

Chelsea has always had a passion for helping others and found herself drawn to working in the non-profit sector before becoming a dietitian. During this time, she became interested in the healing properties of food as a result of her own health struggles, which inspired her to become a dietitian and help others attain their optimum health by nourishing their bodies from the inside out.

Approach to care

Chelsea believes in an individualized, whole-person approach when it comes to achieving overall wellness. She provides a collaborative and non-judgmental space, meeting clients where they currently are in their own health journey with the use of gentle nutrition methods.

Your first session with Chelsea

In order to fully understand your nutritional needs and goals, Chelsea will be focused on gathering as much pertinent information about you, your medical history, current eating patterns & food beliefs, lifestyle factors, etc. This will provide greater insight of how she can best support you! At the close of each session, Chelsea likes to collaborate with her patients and create attainable, realistic action items based on what was discussed. Chelsea believes these action items are the baby steps and building blocks necessary for achieving life-long, sustainable health outcomes.
