About Chelsea
Hi, I'm Chelsea, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with 10 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned a BS in Food and Nutrition Administration with an Emphasis in Dietetics, and I’ve practiced in clinical hospital settings and a Digestive Health Clinic. My work there includes care for inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, and GERD, always guided by current science. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me surfing, hiking, lifting weights, or trying new recipes. I’m excited to learn your story and support your goals.

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your lab work and biometrics, talk through your medical history, and begin to map short term goals. You don’t need to have every detail ready; this is a low pressure space where we learn what matters most to you. Together, we’ll set 1-2 achievable goals and outline practical steps to start this week. I’ll guide you with warmth, clarity, and an emphasis on collaboration so you feel supported as you begin your nutrition journey.
