Your first session with Chelsea

You can expect our session to be warm and casual. Think of it like a blind date, but less awkward. The primary objective is to get to know each other and learn about your goals. We will discuss your medical history, what you have done/tried in the past, and most importantly, visualize what your future best self looks like.
