About Chelsea
Hi, I'm Chelsea. With eight years as a Registered Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I bring a solid foundation in Nutrition and Dietetics from my BS and hands-on experience in clinical hospital and outpatient nutrition settings, I have had the opportunity to help people lower their A1c, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and reach their goal weight whether on GLP-1's or not, we will work together to establish life long healthy habits with confidence! Outside of work, you can find me camping, tending my garden, or mountain biking, which fuels the energy I bring to our conversations. I am here to guide you toward the best version of yourself with an action plan that fits your life, and I listen first with curiosity and care.

Your first session with Chelsea
Our first appointment is a warm, low-pressure conversation all about you. We'll review your medical history, lab work and biometrics, and we'll establish short-term goals together. We'll take time to get to know each other, explore barriers and successes, and understand your learning preferences so the plan fits your lifestyle. No need to have it all figured out in advance; just show up as you are. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of the next steps and feel supported on your path to wellness.
