About Chelsea

Registered Dietitian integrating evidence-based science and biblical theology to support whole-person health. I help clients unlock their potential through nutrition and faith-informed guidance. Drawing from years of competing and experiencing how food fuels performance and recovery, I now empower others on their health journeys. My private practice supports sustainable weight management, muscle building, sports performance, food allergy management, and medical nutrition therapies like GLP-1 support and bariatric care. With experience in hospital and outpatient eating disorder care, I help clients create lasting, meaningful change aligned with their goals, values, and lifestyle.

Approach to care

My approach blends evidence-based science, lived experience, and compassion. Nutrition is never one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, dynamic, and connected to every aspect of health, including spiritual, physical, and emotional. I work closely with each client to understand their goals, challenges, and lifestyle, creating strategies that are effective, practical, and sustainable. Whether supporting athletes, those pursuing weight or muscle goals, or managing complex medical conditions, I provide individualized, research-informed plans, real-life strategies, and faith-centered support. My goal is to equip clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive—body, mind, and spirit—for years to come.
