About Chelsea

Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others unlock their full potential through nutrition. After years of competing and learning firsthand the power of food in performance and recovery, I transitioned my expertise into a career dedicated to guiding others on their health journeys. I founded my private practice to support individuals navigating all aspects of health and wellness—whether that means achieving weight loss, building muscle, optimizing sports performance, managing food allergies, or utilizing medical nutrition therapies such as GLP-1s and bariatric surgery. My work extends from everyday wellness to specialized care, drawing on experience in hospital-based treatment for eating disorders, as well as outpatient programs for both eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. My approach is rooted in a blend of science, experience, and compassion. I believe nutrition is never one-size-fits-all it’s personal, dynamic, and deeply connected to every aspect of health. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and lifestyle, then create strategies that are both effective and sustainable. Whether working with an elite athlete, someone pursuing weight loss or muscle gain, or a patient managing a complex medical condition, I focus on: Evidence-based guidance grounded in the latest research. Individualized plans tailored to physiology, preferences, and goals. Practical strategies that fit real life, not just ideal circumstances. Long-term sustainability over quick fixes. Compassion and support to navigate setbacks and celebrate wins. The goal is not just to meet short-term objectives, but to equip clients with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to maintain their health and thrive for years to come.

Your first session with Chelsea

In your first session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health, nutrition history, lifestyle, and goals to create a personalized plan that works for you. We’ll discuss your challenges, review any relevant medical information, and explore strategies for weight management, muscle gain, sports performance, or overall wellness. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clear understanding of next steps, a tailored plan to start making progress, and the tools and support you need to succeed on your journey.

Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy heavy lifting and swimming to stay active, as well as hiking and exploring the outdoors. I have a creative side with painting and music, and I love antiquing, wine making, and attending festivals. A proud Alabama fan, I never miss college football season. I also enjoy reading and true crime stories.
