About Chelsea
Hi, I’m Chelsea—a registered dietitian, certified diabetes care and education specialist, and board-certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience helping people feel better in their bodies and build a healthier relationship with food. I specialize in metabolic concerns like prediabetes and diabetes, high cholesterol, hormone changes including perimenopause and menopause, and supporting those simply looking for more energy and ease in their daily lives. My approach blends science-backed strategies with lifestyle coaching to create lasting change. I’ve led nutrition programs in healthcare and corporate settings and now run a virtual practice focused on sustainable, personalized care. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, a sub-2:50 marathoner, and someone who finds joy in good food, movement, and the outdoors.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition is a powerful tool—but it should never feel restrictive or overwhelming. My approach blends evidence-based guidance with personalized coaching to help you make meaningful changes that last. We’ll focus on progress, not perfection, and work together to create habits that support your health goals and your daily life. Whether you’re navigating metabolic disorders, or just want to feel better in your body, I’ll meet you where you are—with practical tools, encouragement, and zero judgment.
Your first session with Chelsea
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, daily habits, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. You’ll have plenty of space to share what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and we’ll start identifying small, doable steps toward your goals.
