βAlways great speaking with Chelsey and navigating my food journey with her.β
βChelsea is amazing. She listens and makes suggestions based on your needs, not a cookie cutter. Excellent resource, wonderful human. She is so easy to talk to that I found myself forgetting that I wasn't on the phone with one of my sisters.β
βChelsea is fantastic. She went through my plan in detail and is helping me as I'm working towards my goalsβ
About Chelsey
Hey, I'm Chelsey, your friendly neighborhood Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, reshaping how we view food and well-being. My journey began teaching English in Japan and shifted to behavioral therapy for kids with autism. Now armed with a Master's in Nutrition from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the Claremont Colleges, I've worked in various Los Angeles hospitals, providing medical nutrition therapy and at an outpatient group practice . My passion lies in weight-inclusive care, guiding intuitive, judgment-free choices. Let's reclaim health and well-being on your terms!
Approach to care
Believing in the profound impact of our food relationship on overall health, I'm here as your guide. While knowing what to eat is vital, the real challenge is sustaining lifelong wellness through a positive self-relationship. Bodies come in diverse shapes and sizes, each deserving of respect and care. My mission is to promote positive body image, alleviate stress, and foster long-term wellness. Whether it's managing medical conditions, redefining food relationships, or shedding guilt, every individual's journey is unique and worthy of celebration. I'm here to support and celebrate each step. Here's to finding food freedom and embracing a healthier, happier you!
Your first session with Chelsey
When we first meet, itβs more than just a session. Itβs a connection. I take the time to really listen to your story, making sure we prioritize your well-being with a personalized approach. Weβll dive into your unique experiences with food, body, and movement, and create practical strategies together. I love chatting about the science behind food and breaking down small, achievable steps to help you succeed.
