About Cherae

Hi, I'm Cherae. I'm a Registered Dietitian with six years of experience, based in Atlanta. I earned my BS in Dietetics/Nutrition and have worked in clinical and hospital settings, helping people understand how food supports their health. I practice under the credentials RDN, LD, RD and bring a science-informed, empathetic approach to care. Outside of work I love painting, videogaming, nail art, and cooking. I value every story with food and enjoy learning from the unique journeys my patients bring.

My care philosophy centers on partnership, clarity, and lasting change. I rely on current evidence to guide our plan, but I translate it into practical steps you can actually follow. I approach every session with warmth and curiosity, aiming to be supportive rather than judgmental. I practice Health At Every Size, focusing on behaviors, well-being, and long-term health rather than a number on the scale. Together we’ll build knowledge, set achievable goals, and create a sustainable path that fits your life.

Your first session with Cherae

Our first appointment is a warm conversation focused on you. We'll review your medical history and current lifestyle, establish short term goals, and begin creating a personalized meal plan. We'll dive into your relationship with food and discuss any lab work or biometrics that matter to you. You don't need to have it all figured out yet, and there's no pressure. We'll move at your pace, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
