About Cheryl

Hello from California..... I am a registered dietitian for 25 years. :) Born and raised in California. I currently am a professor and an outpatient RD. I love working with infants and children. I am married with 2 almost adult kiddos :) I have worked in several hospitals, clinics, out patient facilities. Specializing in Pediatrics! My career path has also developed my skills with Gestational Diabetes and Cancer. I come to Nourish with a variety of experience and knowledge. I truly want to help people live healthy. We are what we eat.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition education is to make it easy and relatable, achievable and realistic. I have an enthusiastic, cheerful personality. I can be strict and firm when necessary. But above all my goal is for my clients to have a better understanding of Nutritional Needs for themselves or their loved one to improve their overall health and wellness.

Your first session with Cheryl

During our initial session together, I will be in the comfort of my home as I hope you will too. Be put to ease as our time together will be fun as a get to know you time. Yes I will ask lots of questions, "getting to know you" :) So we can develop goals and strategies to direct us during our next few sessions together and make you or your loved one healthier and happier.
