About Cheryl
Hi, I’m Cheryl, a Registered Dietitian based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I bring 40 years of experience across private practice, corporate wellness, community health, sports nutrition, spa settings, cardiac rehab centers, wellness centers, and sports clubs. I hold credentials as an RD, LD, and LDN and earned a BS in Clinical and Community Dietetics. I’m also a chef who loves sharing practical recipes and cooking methods. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hiking, tending a garden, and growing my own vegetables and fruit.
Approach to care
Care for me is a collaborative, compassionate partnership. I base our plan on evidence-based guidelines while staying attentive to your life and goals. I speak plainly and offer direct, actionable steps so you know exactly what to do next week. I practice Health At Every Size, staying weight-neutral and focusing on behaviors, wellbeing, and joy around food rather than a number on a scale. I see you as a whole person, and I aim to educate and empower you to make informed choices that last.
Your first session with Cheryl
Think of our first visit as a conversation, not an exam. We’ll take time to get to know you, review your medical history, and look at labs or biometrics that matter for your goals. We’ll explore your relationship with food in a nonjudgmental way and establish short-term goals that feel doable. Together we’ll create a practical meal plan that fits your tastes, schedule, and values. No need to have everything figured out in advance; your questions guide us, and we’ll take the next step together.
