About Cheryl
With over 20 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles across diverse hospital and outpatient settings, I have worked with a wide range of patients. As a provider, I always loved sitting down in patient rooms, next to patient and family members and hearing their unique stories that led for our paths to intersect. Now I want to hear your story. My ultimate goal is to help you become a healthier version of yourself. I believe in creating a lasting impact that goes beyond our sessions; it is equipping you with the tools that will sustain your progress long-term.
Approach to care
My approach is entirely individualized and patient-centered. I provide a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to identify your health goals. We'll then create and implement a personalized plan with strategies tailored to your unique needs, helping you achieve the healthiest version of you.
Your first session with Cheryl
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you in a non-judgmental way. For the initial assessment we will discuss your health history, your lifestyle, past and present relationship with food, medication/supplement use and what brought you to Nourish. Using this information, we will collaborate on a personalized plan designed to help you reach your health and nutrition-related goals.
