About Cheyenne
Cheyenne has been a Registered Dietitian for 5 years with experience with a wide range of patients in both the inpatient clinical and outpatient community setting. She has spent the last three and a half years specializing in oncology, general health, and one on one nutrition counseling and education to help patients have a better relationship with food to improve health outcomes. She enjoys getting to know her clients and finds joy in seeing progress in their nutrition journey. When Cheyenne is not helping people improve their health through nutrition, she is enjoying her time with her husband and 18 month old wild child on the Alabama Gulf Coast.
Approach to care
Cheyenne’s approach to care is patient-centered and collaborative. She is here to support your wellness journey through personalized and tailored conversations to find strategies that resonate with your unique needs, values, and goals. She likes to practice from an inclusive, weight-neutral, Health at Every Size framework with the idea that you and your wellbeing is more than just numbers. In session, she incorporates elements of intuitive eating and mindfulness to help you find the balance between nourishing your body and living your fullest life.
Your first session with Cheyenne
Your first session will allow the opportunity to get to know one another. You can expect a supportive, easy-going, and judgement-free environment. Cheyenne will ask about your health, nutrition, and lifestyle to complete a thorough nutrition assessment and lay the foundation for your personalized care plan. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of your goals and feel empowered to begin making small sustainable changes that will help you to achieve those goals.
