About Chloe

Hi! I’m a registered dietitian who is truly passionate about the power of food and how much it impacts our daily lives. I believe food is not just fuel—it’s a source of healing, energy, and joy. My goal is to help you discover a way of eating that feels nourishing, enjoyable, and supportive of your overall health. Whether you’re hoping to prevent or manage a nutrition-related condition, or simply want to feel more confident and at ease with food, I’m here to guide you. I love helping people create balanced, sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle while also improving their relationship with food. At the heart of my approach is meeting you where you are and working together to help you feel your very best—healthy, empowered, and free to enjoy food without guilt.

Approach to care

As a registered dietitian, I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel truly supported and heard in your health journey. Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why I take a patient-centered approach—working alongside you to understand your unique goals, needs, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll use evidence-based strategies to build nourishing habits that are realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable. I’m especially passionate about helping clients develop a healthy, intuitive relationship with food—moving away from restriction and toward variety, balance, and food freedom in daily living. I also deeply value supporting those managing health challenges, creating nutrition plans tailored to their body’s unique needs so they can feel their healthiest and most energized. My goal is for you to not only nourish your body, but also find joy and confidence in the way you eat.

Your first session with Chloe

Your first session is designed to be a welcoming and supportive experience. We’ll spend time getting to know you— we’ll start by talking through your health history, eating patterns, and what led you to seek support from a dietitian. I’ll also ask about your current lifestyle, food preferences, and typical daily habits so I can better understand your unique story. This session is the starting point for building a strong, trusting relationship. Together, we’ll explore your goals, needs, and desires around nutrition—whether that’s managing a health condition, creating more balanced eating habits, or simply feeling your best each day. From there, we’ll begin to outline a plan that is tailored to both your clinical needs and your personal goals. My aim is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and empowered as we take the first steps toward improving your daily life through nourishing food choices.

Hobbies

I really enjoy quality time with friends and family! Whether I’m soaking up the sun at the beach, traveling to new places, diving into a good book, watching football games, trying out new recipes, attending concerts, or going on walks, these are the things that bring me joy. I believe it’s essential to nurture our personal lives just as much as our careers, as both aspects hold great significance in our lives.
