About Chloe

Chloe is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion. Chloe takes a non-diet, HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned approach helping all individuals heal their relationship with food. Chloe's specialities include eating disorders + co-occurring psychiatric disorders, disordered eating recovery, intuitive eating, sports nutrition, pediatrics and adolescents. Chloe has worked across various levels of clinical care with all ages and identities, from children to older adults who struggle with their relationship with food, and/or exercise.

Approach to care

As a clinician and former college athlete Chloe's mission is to help her clients build a healthy relationship with food, and practical strategies that work for them. Chloe takes a non-diet, HAES-aligned approach to help clients heal their relationship with food and/or movement. She offers personalized nutrition counseling based on intuitive eating principles, meeting clients where they are in their journey. Recognizing that life’s changing seasons impact care, Chloe provides a collaborative, client-centered, and culturally sensitive environment. Her focus is on empowering individuals with education, ongoing support, and holistic well-being strategies.

Your first session with Chloe

During your first session, you can expect to build a connection with Chloe as you share your experiences with food. Together, you'll explore your motivations and goals for working together. The session will include a deep dive into your nutrition history, as well as discussion on your preferred communication styles and how often you'd like to meet, ensuring a personalized and comfortable approach. At the end of the session you can expect clear next steps for future sessions.
