“I have been working with Chloe for a year now. I always look forward to our sessions as it feels like I am chatting with a friend. I consider her my accountabili-buddy! During my time with her, my A1C has come down by a whole point, and she has given me grace while still helping me work through my personal struggles with eating. She helps me set goals, and just lets me vent when needed. My relationship with food has improved substantially during our time. I’m truly so grateful for Chloe!“

“I am so thankful that I chose Chloe as my nutritionist. I read the reviews and I can say I 1000% agree. She has been amazing helping me navigate my relationship with food. How to handle emotional eating triggers. Giving tools to use when urges hit. Through the ups and downs in my journey (I'm certainly not perfect) she's been so supportive and understanding. We adjust the goals, the plan. Best decision. “

About Chloe
For the past five years I have worked with adults and teens in both eating disorder specific clinics and in general outpatient settings. Throughout this time, I have encountered and supported many people with various health conditions. A few of my specialities include: disordered eating/eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, food allergies/intolerances, and various gastrointestinal disorders.
Approach to care
My approach to care starts with getting a better understanding of you! By creating an open and collaborative environment, we can find reasonable and specific strategies to achieve your personal goals. I am very encouraging, patient, and like to celebrate all wins, big or small. I use current, evidenced based practices and intuitive eating principles to empower you with knowledge you may need to make long lasting changes.
Your first session with Chloe
In our first session, I will ask many questions to get to know you and your history. I am naturally curious and like to learn as much as I can about each individual person in an engaging and comfortable way. We will work collaboratively to create a meal plan based on your food preferences. We will also explore your goals and develop practical, realistic strategies to achieve them. I will answer any nutrition related questions you may have throughout the session and provide additional resources as needed.
