Patient reviews

  • โ€œChloe has been so impactful on my relationship with food. Shes emphathetic, kind, and is active in our sessions to find what works and fits in my lifestyle. Chloe has helped me get to a place where I feel Iโ€™m able to spot my triggers around emotional eating and provided me with tools to work through things and come out on the other side wiser and more prepared for the future. I would highly reccomend Chloe to any human in search of a nutrionist that will help them to their goals. โ€œ

  • โ€œChloe is awesome! I feel like I can have an honest conversation with her about food and weight without being judged. Our sessions are always lighthearted, but she always holds me accountable and gives good practical advice about nutrition and mindfulness. Since working with Chloe, I'm the healthiest I've ever felt.โ€œ

About Chloe

For the past five years I have worked with adults and teens in both eating disorder specific clinics and in general outpatient settings. Throughout this time, I have encountered and supported many people with various health conditions. A few of my specialities include: disordered eating/eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, food allergies/intolerances, and various gastrointestinal disorders.

Approach to care

My approach to care starts with getting a better understanding of you! By creating an open and collaborative environment, we can find reasonable and specific strategies to achieve your personal goals. I am very encouraging, patient, and like to celebrate all wins, big or small. I use current, evidenced based practices and intuitive eating principles to empower you with knowledge you may need to make long lasting changes.

Your first session with Chloe

In our first session, I will ask many questions to get to know you and your history. I am naturally curious and like to learn as much as I can about each individual person in an engaging and comfortable way. We will work collaboratively to create a meal plan based on your food preferences. We will also explore your goals and develop practical, realistic strategies to achieve them. I will answer any nutrition related questions you may have throughout the session and provide additional resources as needed.
