About Chloe

Hi there! I'm Chloe and I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals meet their nutritional needs while addressing barriers and challenges to doing so. Having grown up with food allergies myself, I bring a deep understanding of not only the physical challenges of meeting nutritional needs but also the social and psychological challenges. With my experience and passion around research, I deeply value evidenced based practice and I am continuously making an effort to strengthen my knowledge in all areas of nutrition to best serve my clients. I can't wait to work with you to overcome challenges and foster a positive relationship with food!

Approach to care

I use a weight neutral approach that focuses on your overall well-being rather than the number on the scale. I use an empathetic, collaborative approach to counseling and enjoy incorporating humor into sessions when possible. I will support you in setting your own goals that are realistic and catered to your own personal needs. During sessions, I encourage clients to reflect deeply on their needs and what they wish to accomplish so we can develop a plan together.

Your first session with Chloe

During our first session, I will ask you a long list of questions that may not all seem nutrition related, but I promise there is a method to my madness! We will go over topics like family medical history, your food preferences, your support system, and most importantly, what you wish to accomplish through nutrition counseling.
