About Chris
My name is Chris and my passion for nutrition began as a research coordinator at the University of Colorado, Denver, working with individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I saw firsthand how diet and lifestyle changes could help manage or even put conditions into remission. With experience in inpatient and outpatient services, I specialize in diabetes management, weight loss, autoimmune conditions, heart health, and healthy aging. I focus on personalized, evidence-based solutions, empowering clients to make sustainable, long-term health improvements.
Approach to care
I take a holistic and personalized approach to care, focusing on uncovering the root causes of health challenges to develop lasting solutions. We will design nutrition care plans to support the whole person, encouraging meaningful lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being. I believe food plays a powerful role in healing, influencing not just physical health but also mental and emotional balance. Together, we will create a path to better health, using nutrition as a foundation for a more vibrant, healthy life.
Your first session with Chris
In our initial session, we will focus on establishing a clear understanding of your unique health goals and concerns to ensure I provide the most effective support. Through a thorough assessment, we will review your medical history, dietary preferences, eating environments, stressors, and overall wellness objectives. Based on this information, we will collaborate to develop a personalized care plan aimed at addressing the underlying causes of your concerns. During future visits, we will use this plan to track your progress and ensure we are effectively working toward your health and well-being goals.
