About Chris
I am a Registered Dietitian who works with patients who live with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease. I also hold a certification as a personal trainer and work with clients on the side to improve their health through strength training and cardio.
Approach to care
My approach to your care is at an individualized level. We all live busy lifestyles and nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will start from where you are at. When it comes to nutrition, your willingness and motivation to meet your goals is the most important aspect to your care. I believe that a 'diet' varies by person based on their lifestyle and not one diet fits all.
Your first session with Chris
Expect to take some time to discuss your needs, goals in nutrition care, and some diet history. We will discuss a typical day and where you are looking to make adjustments to your lifestyle. I want to know more about your relationship with food and where I can help motivate you to continue healthy habits, and build new ones!
