About Chris
Hey there! Welcome to my page. I’m Chris, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist based in Bristol, PA. I started as a chef but decided to pursue my passion for helping others and went back to school. I gained experience in clinical settings, providing medical nutrition therapy and working in bariatrics before landing my current position. Since 2020, I’ve been offering nutrition counseling in the greater Philadelphia area. My goal is to help people develop a healthier relationship with food and show them that healthy meals can be delicious.
Approach to care
My approach to care is tailored to your unique needs. There's no one-size-fits-all solution. By planning care and setting goals based on what's important to you, and adjusting these goals as you progress, we can achieve better outcomes together.
Your first session with Chris
During our first session, we'll discuss your background, expectations for our time together, and set both short- and long-term goals.
