In your first session, we’ll get a clear picture of your day-to-day reality—your schedule, eating patterns, challenges, and what you want to improve. I’ll ask targeted questions to understand how you operate so we can identify the simplest, most effective starting point. We’ll also pinpoint the key issue we need to address and begin outlining how to solve it. You’ll leave the session with a focused plan, specific next steps, and a clear understanding of what we’ll work on together moving forward.
