About Christabelle
Hi, I’m Christabelle! I’m a Filipino-American dietitian passionate about helping people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and completed my dietetic internship at Texas Woman’s University. Over the past four years, I’ve worked in inpatient care, private practice, and clinical research. I’ve supported individuals with complex conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, cancer, and those requiring tube feeding. These experiences taught me to always see the person first, not just the diagnosis. In private practice, I focus on helping clients navigate weight concerns, PCOS, and diabetes. I enjoy partnering with people to find personalized, practical ways to support their health.
Approach to care
I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are. No matter the stage of your health journey, meaningful and sustainable changes are always possible. My role is to provide evidence-based guidance, support, and compassion as you work toward your goals — whether you're managing a chronic condition, navigating weight concerns, or simply trying to make nutrition feel less overwhelming. I see our work together as a collaborative effort. You know your body and your life best, and you’ll be in the driver’s seat when it comes to making decisions. My job is to help ensure those decisions are rooted in credible, effective strategies — and to be there for you with empathy and encouragement every step of the way.
Your first session with Christabelle
Our first session is all about getting to know you — your medical history, eating habits, relationship with food, and any challenges you’re facing in reaching your nutrition goals. The session is typically divided into two parts: first, we’ll explore your background and gather key information. Then, we’ll shift into personalized education and goal-setting tailored to your needs. You’ll leave the session with a clear, realistic plan and the tools to start making meaningful progress — feeling informed, supported, and empowered to take the next steps in your health journey.
