About Christin
I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people cut through the conflicting nutrition advice and find a way of eating that actually works for them. I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech, then completed my Dietetic Internship Program with Morrison Healthcare. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice, hospital settings, and skilled nursing, giving me the experience to support clients with a wide range of health needs. I’ve seen how empowering it can be when nutrition finally clicks, and I love helping clients feel confident and in control of their health. Outside of work, you can usually find me at the beach, testing out recipes, or spending time with family and friends.

I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not restrictive. I take time to understand your lifestyle, your goals, and your challenges, then build a personalized plan that feels realistic and sustainable. I use an evidence-based approach while embracing food freedom, helping you enjoy the foods you love while still moving toward better health. With the right support, small and meaningful changes can add up to big results.
Your first session with Christin
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, your current habits, and what you would like to achieve. We will also discuss your lifestyle, preferences, and what feels realistic. I want to understand your story so we can build a personalized approach together. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with clear next steps and a sense of direction without feeling overwhelmed. Think of it as a conversation that sets the foundation for lasting change.
