HEY! I'm Christie, your friendly neighborhood dietitian and I donāt preach. I donāt shame. I donāt tell you kale is ālife.ā What I DO do is help people (like you and I) build realistic habits that get you to your goals. Iām a Registered Dietitian with 15+ years of experience in diabetes, weight loss, bariatric surgery, GLP-1s, heart disease, kidney failure, malnutrition, cancer, and agingāand Iām not here to hand you a polite little meal plan and send you on your way. Iāve seen it all: cookies that snowball into buffets, goals that feel like prison sentences, and people convinced health is nothing but punishment in disguise. My job? To help you prove them wrong. I donāt peddle diet dogma or kale-worshipping nonsenseāI help you dismantle the guilt, perfectionism, and all-or-nothing thinking thatās been running the show. This is about ripping up the old rulebook and rebuilding habits that actually stick, so health stops being a life sentence and starts being your rebellion.
Your first session with Christin
In our first session, we really talkāyour goals, habits, health history, and āI know I should butā¦ā moments. Then we find your true roadblocks (spoiler: itās rarely just about food) like emotional eating, schedule chaos, or unrealistic goals. Together, weāll make a plan that works for your lifeāwhether thatās a meal plan, grocery strategies, or habit tweaks. No strict rules, just killer tools: self-regulation, mindfulness, and habits that donāt ghost you when motivation ultimately does. No detox teas, no crash diets, no guilt tripsāonly science, strategy, and maybe a spunky pep talk here and there. When we are done, youāll leave with more than good vibesāyouāll have an actual plan designed to NOT fall apart the second life gets messy.
