About Christin
Iâm Christie, your resident dietitian whoâs survived grad school, a 1200-hour internship, 15 years of clinical chaos, and motherhoodâall without losing my mind (mostly). I donât preach. I donât shame. I donât tell you kale is âlife.â What I DO do is help gloriously average humans (like you and I) build realistic habits so they can stop Googling âhow to lose 10 pounds overnightâ and start living a life that doesnât feel like straight JAIL. At home, Iâve got a husband, a 10-year-old legend named Oliver, and a 120lb dog named Beau who sheds enough hair to knit sweaters for the entire country. (Honestly itâs like the Wild West in my house, with tumbleweeds of hair blowing all over the place!)

Iâm a Registered Dietitian with 15+ years of experience in diabetes, weight loss, bariatric surgery, GLP-1s, heart disease, kidney failure, malnutrition, cancer, and agingâand Iâm not here to hand you a polite little meal plan and send you on your way. Iâve seen it all: cookies that snowball into buffets, goals that feel like prison sentences, and people convinced health is nothing but punishment in disguise. My job? To help you prove them wrong. I donât peddle diet dogma or kale-worshipping nonsenseâI help you dismantle the guilt, perfectionism, and all-or-nothing thinking thatâs been running the show. This is about ripping up the old rulebook and rebuilding habits that actually stick, so health stops being a life sentence and starts being your rebellion.
Your first session with Christin
In our first session, we really talkâyour goals, habits, health history, and âI know I should butâŠâ moments. Then we find your true roadblocks (spoiler: itâs rarely just about food) like emotional eating, schedule chaos, or unrealistic goals. Together, weâll make a plan that works for your lifeâwhether thatâs a meal plan, grocery strategies, or habit tweaks. No strict rules, just killer tools: self-regulation, mindfulness, and habits that donât ghost you when motivation ultimately does. No detox teas, no crash diets, no guilt tripsâonly science, strategy, and maybe a spunky pep talk here and there. When we are done, youâll leave with more than good vibesâyouâll have an actual plan designed to NOT fall apart the second life gets messy.
