Patient reviews

  • “I have loved working with Christin. Our sessions are non judgemental and informative. I feel like the work that we do has supported me in many aspects of my life, even more than just nutrition and food habits. I am very excited to continue working with Christin and looking forward to continuing my journey. “

  • “Christin has been nothing short of amazing! She helped me dive into the things that really matter & constantly motivated to keep at it. She showed me that true progress is made one step at a time & that consistency is key. Being a mom of a toddler can be extremely consuming & she helped me find way to incorporate mom/family time into workouts & diets without feeling that “mom guilt” we can feel at times for wanting to do our own thing. Truly appreciate her support & encouragement! “

  • “Dietitian or new best friend? I rarely write reviews but I must say she is truly worth it. It is nice to talk to someone who speaks with their knowledge, resources, feelings & personal experiences. I didnt want the textbook experience out of this. I needed real and raw and that is exactly what you will get with Christin. I highly recommend her and know it will benefit your happy and healthy lifestyle desires! “

About Christin

Let me guess…🤔 You know what to eat, but stress turns you into a human vacuum 😱 • You’re a nutrition saint all day… then nighttime food chaos hits 🎪 • You “start fresh” every Monday and are emotionally feral by Thursday😵 • You feel out of control around food—but hyper-controlled everywhere else🫡 • You’re exhausted from trying so hard to lose weight or manage your health with nothing to show for it🫩 ✨ Sound familiar? ✨

Approach to care

Then join me in ✨✨SHIFT✨✨—my signature program for people who want to lose weight and are done being gaslit by the “just eat less and try harder” cult. ✨✨SHIFT✨✨ is not a willpower experiment. There are no food rules, no moral hierarchies, no shrinking yourself into compliance. If shame, tracking, and white-knuckling worked, you wouldn’t be here, amiright? ✨✨SHIFT✨✨ targets nervous-system chaos, emotional and impulsive eating, and the real science of behavior change—because food isn’t the problem. A chronically dysregulated brain is…….…👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 The first goal of ✨✨SHIFT✨✨ isn’t weight loss. It’s ripping out the invisible barriers that kept you stuck, exhausted, and blaming yourself. We build regulation, control, and self-trust so you stop fighting your own biology. Weight loss often follows—not through punishment, but because your system finally feels safe.❤️ SHIFT isn’t discipline. It’s defiance. 🔥

Your first session with Christin

In sessions with me, you’ll learn how to stop fighting food and start leading yourself calmly and confidently. We can (and will) also operate through the lens of your comorbidities, such as PCOS, diabetes, menopause, thyroiditis and more. What you’ll learn: • Why emotional/impulsive eating happens and specific tools to manage it • How to regulate stress and cravings • How to interrupt urges to binge • How to break all-or-nothing thinking and rebound eating • How to eat (actual nutrition) to support weight loss, blood sugar, PCOS, and general health • How to build consistency that survives stress, hormones, travel, and real life.✨✨✨ Who you become: • Calm and steady around food—even when life is chaotic • Confident, self-trusting, and no longer reactive • Able to pause, choose, and move on without circling the drain • Someone whose eating feels stable, sustainable, and safe Weight loss often comes with these changes—but the real win is feeling (FINALLY) in charge of your own body.
