About Christina
I have moved many times, first because my father was in the Air Force, and then for school. I journeyed to northern Maine for my undergraduate degrees, to Virginia for Graduate school, and then on to Atlanta for my Dietetic internship. It is there that I met my husband, and we moved back to Maine to lay roots and raise our 2 daughters. We are foodies and adventurous.
Approach to care
My passion is people! I enjoy getting to know people and what their goals are and how I can help/support them. I learn about you, what is important, and meet you where you are at. I utilize my strong academic background and rich experience to deliver research-based nutrition support to help you achieve optimal health!
Your first session with Christina
First appointment is about getting to know you, your history, and your health goals. You should bring questions so we can work through them together. You will leave with a good understanding of the Nourish program, 1-3 health goals, patient resources/handouts as appropriate, and a sense that you have a new supporter in your corner.
