About Christina

Hi there! My name is Christina and I live in sunny Southern California. Nutrition has always been my passion, and although my “why” has evolved over the years, it always comes back to the same purpose—helping people use food as a foundation for health, healing, and prevention. I work with Nourish part-time and have availability on weekends. I specialize in home tube feeding management and chronic disease prevention and I’m here to guide you every step of the way—with compassion.

Approach to care

My approach is centered on meeting you exactly where you are—no judgment, no rigid rules, and no overwhelm—just supportive, approachable guidance that feels doable and fits your real life. I practice weight neutrality, separating weight from overall health and focusing on health gain rather than weight loss. My clients are the drivers on this journey, and I’m the map—together, we navigate the path that leads to your goals.

Your first session with Christina

Our first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll chat about your goals, your story, and what kind of support feels right for you. We’ll take a look at your relationship with food—what you’ve tried before, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and how life’s ups and downs might be showing up in your eating habits. From there, we’ll start shaping a plan that actually fits your life and helps you move toward feeling your best. Nutrition therapy takes time and gentle, steady practice. I like to meet with clients weekly at first so they feel supported as their habits start to shift. Once you’re feeling more confident and ready, we can gradually space out our sessions.
