About Christina

Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a registered dietitian based in Long Beach, California. For the past four years, I’ve been helping people build healthier, more positive relationships with food. I’ve worked with all ages—from kids to pre/post natal care, to older adults—and support a wide range of needs, whether that’s learning how to meal prep or navigating nutrition during cancer treatment. I love meeting people where they are and making nutrition feel fun and exciting.

Approach to care

My approach is pretty simple: let’s make change feel fun, not overwhelming. I meet you where you’re at and help guide you through small, manageable changes each session—so it feels doable and leads to long-term success. I truly love working with patients and trying new things alongside them—I’ll never recommend something I wouldn’t try myself. See something online and not sure if it’s just a trend or has real health benefits? Hear advice from a family member and wonder if it’s actually safe? I love helping clear up the confusion and guiding you toward decisions that feel right and work for you.

Your first session with Christina

Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll go over your health history and challenges you face, and talk about your day-to-day routines and your relationship with food. There’s no judgment and no pressure to be perfect—this is simply a space to understand what your life looks like and what you want to work toward. Before we wrap up, we’ll choose one or two realistic next steps you can start with right away, so you leave feeling clear and supported. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we’ll build your plan together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
