About Christina
My journey as a registered dietitian began in 2004. I worked in the inpatient and outpatient hospital settings for a number of years, followed by telehealth for many more years. I have assisted clients with various needs including managing weight, blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol.
Approach to care
It's important to focus on a few practical changes at a time, building on each change gradually to create lifestyle habits that are sustainable without being overwhelming. By making changes that are life-long, we are not just thinking about the next few days or months, but a lifetime of achievable changes that impact health.
Your first session with Christina
In your first session, we will talk about what you want to accomplish. We'll look at your current habits surrounding food, mealtimes, hydration, exercise and sleep. Together, we'll identify nutrition changes that will help you to meet your goals and choose a few key habits to start with. This forms a foundation for making future change for long-term impact.
