About Christina
Christina is a registered dietitian nutritionist based in Rhode Island. She is passionate about helping and empowering others with their nutrition goals, from managing medical conditions, to nourishing and caring for themselves in ways that are aligned with their unique values and needs. Christina is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and enjoys supporting individuals with cultivating and maintaining a peaceful relationship with food and body.
Approach to care
Christina practices from a Health At Every Size® perspective, and values providing compassionate, evidence-based, inclusive care to all individuals. From years of both navigating her personal chronic illnesses and working with others, Christina understands that there are many obstacles and complexities that individuals may face. She appreciates every opportunity to listen and learn about the unique experiences of each human, and offers the utmost support, and nutrition education and guidance for navigating each season of life.
Your first session with Christina
I look forward to offering a warm, respectful space to for you to openly share your story. In our first session together, I will ask questions to start learning about you, your past and current health concerns, what has and hasn’t felt good for your body in the past, and your food preferences and habits. We will begin to explore what you value for your health and well-being, and with establishing realistic goals to focus on in between our sessions that align with those values.
