About Christina
Hi, I'm Christina, a Registered Dietitian with 11 years of hospital-based experience. In my spare time I love running, reading, spending time outdoors with my family, and crafting. My clinical work has shown me how nutrition can transform quality of life, and I’m grateful for the chance to help each patient nourish their body and thrive. I bring warmth, curiosity, and evidence based practice into every conversation.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based science with empathetic, patient-focused coaching. We’ll translate current research into practical steps that fit your routine, not the other way around. I practice with a weight-neutral philosophy and believe lasting change comes from sustainable habits, not restrictive diets. You’ll always be an equal partner in decisions, and I’ll help you understand the why behind each recommendation. My goal is to educate so you can make informed choices that honor your life, preferences, and values while your body is supported.
Your first session with Christina
Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, dive into your relationship with food, and discuss what you’d like to achieve in the near term. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you set 1–2 realistic goals to start. Together we’ll outline a practical plan and the supports that will help you feel confident moving forward.
