About Christina

Hi, I'm Christina. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in New York City. I am passionate about guiding people toward their health and nutrition goals. I am a mother of 2 daughters so I understand the obstacles of meeting goals with a busy life! I have a Master of Science in Nutrition and have been a registered dietitian for over 12 years. I have experience in the clinical setting where I have worked with patients managing cardiac disease, kidney disease, diabetes and other health concerns.

Approach to care

My practice is warm, nonjudgmental, and designed to empower you to make lasting changes. We will explore your relationship with food, your values, and how daily choices fit your life. I work from a weight-neutral, HAES-informed perspective and emphasize skills and routines that feel doable. Together, we will discover practical habits you can sustain for the long term.

Our first appointment is where you share your story. I want to get to know about your lifestyle and goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet; we will work together to identify what matters most and how to begin. I want you to feel supported, informed, and hopeful!
