About Chris
You move your body and care about your health — whether you compete, train recreationally, or simply want to feel strong and capable. But low energy, stubborn body composition changes, gut issues, or inconsistent recovery can make it frustrating when results don’t match your effort. I’m a Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) with 25+ years in health and fitness. I help athletes and active adults build smart, personalized fueling, hydration and meal strategies that support performance, metabolism, and long-term health. Whether you’re preparing for competition or just want steady energy and a body you can trust, we’ll create a plan rooted in science and behavior change — focused on transformation and empowerment, not restriction or guesswork.
Approach to care
Nutrition isn’t about chasing perfect numbers. It’s about building consistent patterns that support your life, training, and long-term health. My work starts with awareness — understanding your energy, recovery, digestion, training load, stress, and daily rhythms. From there, we identify the metrics that actually matter for you and use them as feedback, not judgment. The goal is to establish sustainable habits and reliable systems that make fueling easier and more intuitive over time. We focus on quality nutrition in amounts and timing that fit your body and the demands of your sport or activity — while also honoring sleep, stress, mindset, and lifestyle. Progress comes from steady refinement and regular check-ins, not extremes. This is about creating a way of eating and living that helps you feel strong, energized, and resilient — for performance and for life.
Your first session with Chris
Your first session is collaborative and structured. We’ll review your health history and current challenges, clarify your goals (performance, weight, labs, energy, digestion, etc.), work to identify root contributors rather than just symptoms (if there are any), then build 1–3 clear action steps you can implement immediately. You will leave with clarity, specific next steps and a plan that feels doable. No overwhelm. No generic advice. Just a smart starting point.
